Bluegrass isn’t just music to me—it’s home. I grew up on a tour bus, following my dad as he spent over 20 years playing professional bluegrass. From town to town, I was surrounded by the sound of banjos, the rhythm of the road, and a community that felt like family. Some of my favorite memories are of him picking the banjo while I danced beside him—sometimes even earning a few dollars for it. That life didn’t just shape my childhood—it rooted something deep in my soul.

Today, I’m an entrepreneur and a mother, raising my own kids to appreciate the music, the talent, and the rich culture of the bluegrass industry that helped raise me. Now in my mid-30s, I’m reconnecting with my roots—rediscovering the songs I grew up on, exploring new sounds, and finding my rhythm again both on and off the dance floor.

The Bluegrass Blonde is my way of giving back—honoring where I came from while sharing the spirit, stories, and soul of bluegrass with the next generation.
